Acne Edit Policies
At YEG ACNE EDIT, we’re committed to providing high-quality treatments and a seamless client experience. Below are our booking, cancellation, late/ no show policies, returns, and membership policies — please read carefully before booking or purchasing.
Booking + Cancellation Policy
All appointments at YEG Acne Edit, located within Ritual Room, are reserved exclusively for you. When you book, that time is removed from availability and prepared specifically for your treatment.
We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
• Missed appointments or no-shows are subject to a $150 no-show fee or the full cost of the scheduled service — whichever is greater.This policy applies regardless of reason and is acknowledged at the time of booking and intake form completion.
Membership Clients:
less than 24 hour Late cancellations or no-shows will result in the forfeiture of one monthly membership credit. Membership sessions are treated as reserved services and are subject to the same cancellation policies as all other appointments.When you book, that time is exclusively set aside for you. Without adequate notice to refill the appointment, the reserved time is lost and a fee will apply.
Late Arrival Policy Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled and a $75 late arrival fee will be applied.
Out of respect for all clients and the structure of the clinic, we operate on a tightly managed schedule. Arriving late compromises treatment time and impacts the clients booked after you. We are unable to accommodate shortened or delayed services.

All appointments must be booked a minimum of 2 weeks apart unless otherwise discussed and approved in advance. Online booking does not allow reserving multiple appointments within a short timeframe or “holding spots” by booking and cancelling. Any appointments booked outside of this guideline may be cancelled at the provider’s discretion, and repeated misuse of the booking system may result in restricted booking privileges.
Online Order Policy (Products)
We do not offer refunds or exchanges on products, all products at Acne Edit, are final.
We do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or store credit under any circumstances, including but not limited to services, prepaid services, memberships, or retail skincare products. This policy applies to all purchases, whether made online or in-studio.
Once a product leaves our building, it may not be returned back to our building under any circumstances.
This includes opened, used, unused, or “just didn’t work for me” products.
We also do not allow:
Credit to be issued for services or products
Transfers of payment to other services or retail
All skincare purchases marked for local pickup must be picked up within 14 days (2 weeks) of purchase. Products not collected within this timeframe may be forfeited. This policy is in place to maintain hygiene standards, protect the integrity of our products, and ensure fairness for all clients. We reserve the right to uphold and enforce this policy at all times, without exception.
Skin Club Membership Policy
Your Skin Club membership is month-to-month and offers exclusive perks and discounted treatments. To keep things smooth:Cancellation of memberships must be made with 30 days’ notice before your next billing cycle.
Missed/ late cancelled appointments result is loss of membership cycle.
4-month minimum commitment, auto-billed monthly
By application only — because I only work with clients ready to see real change
Banked treatments must be used within 6 months of accrual
Missed appointments or inconsistent visits do not roll over or result in credits
Memberships are non-transferable and non-refundable
We reserve the right to pause or cancel your membership if membership guidelines aren’t followed.
Payments
We accept all major credit cards, Debit Credits, debit, and e-transfers. Clients making purchases over $100 may be required to show photo ID that matches the name on the card.
YEG ACNE EDIT does not offer any refunds or returns under any circumstances. This applies to services, deposits, and products.
Once a product leaves our clinic, it is final sale.
No credit will be applied toward other services or products.
We reserve the right to uphold this policy at all times.
